Henry Eugene (Gene) Nelson passed away April 12, 2022 in Manitowoc WI.

Gene is on the left in this picture and shared the responsibility with me piloting the USS Hancock’s (CVA-19) aircraft “038” in 1965-67

I remember the stories that my dad (Gene) told about flying the prop plane (038?), and now I finally get to see a photo of it. Very sentimental!
